Where We Deliver

We currently ship to Canada/US/International

Local collection is available in Surrey, British Columbia, by appointment.

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered via Canada Post. Private couriers such as UPS or FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Remote or rural addresses may take longer to deliver and may incur a carrier surcharge, which will be shown at checkout.


Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days

  • Pre-orders / Made-to-order items: Estimated timelines are shown on the product page

Orders ship once all items are ready, unless you request split shipping. Additional postage may apply for split shipments.

Processing times exclude weekends and British Columbia statutory holidays.


Delivery Partners & Estimates

We ship using Canada Post and reputable courier partners.

Delivery options and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Delivery times are carrier estimates and may vary during peak periods, holidays, weather disruptions, or service interruptions.

For higher-value orders, a signature on delivery may be required. Photo ID may be requested by the carrier at the time of delivery.


Local Collection in Surrey

Local collection is free and available by appointment.

Please bring:

  • Your order number

  • Government-issued photo ID

Collection orders are held for 10 days after the “Ready for collection” email. If you need additional time, reply to that email to request an extension.


Tracking & Delivery Issues

You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.

If your parcel appears delayed:

  1. Check the tracking link first

  2. If there is an issue, contact support@designerlounge.ca with your order number

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost, email us as soon as possible with photos (if damaged) and your order number. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.


Address Accuracy & Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

We can usually update addresses before dispatch. Address changes after dispatch are not guaranteed and may incur carrier fees.


International Orders

We currently ship within Canada only.

If we open shipping to the United States or other countries in the future, customers will be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and return postage. These charges are not set by us and are non-refundable.

This policy will be updated before international shipping begins.


Late Delivery

If your order confirmation includes a supply date and delivery does not occur within 30 days of that date, you may cancel the order for a full refund.

If no supply date is specified, you may cancel if delivery does not occur within 30 days of the order date. See our Terms of Service for full details.


Restricted Items

We do not ship items prohibited or restricted by carriers or law. Apparel is generally permitted. Any product-specific restriction will be noted on the product page.
