These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you may access and use designerlounge.ca and purchase goods from Diya Designer Lounge (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

1. About Us

Diya Designer Lounge is a British Columbia business operating primarily online from Surrey, BC.


2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its security, functionality, or other users.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse or unlawful activity.


3. Account Registration

You may shop as a guest or create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use.


4. Products & Craft Variations

Many of our garments feature hand embroidery, block printing, mirror work, and other artisanal techniques.
Minor variations in colour, placement, or finish are part of the craft and are not defects.

Sizing, fibre content, origin, and care information are provided on product pages and garment labels.


5. Prices, Taxes & Payment

  • All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD)

  • Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout

  • Payment methods available are displayed at checkout

  • Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers


6. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
A binding contract is formed once we send an order confirmation email.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

We comply with Canadian distance-selling rules by providing required information before checkout and a copy of your order after purchase.


7. Delivery, Local Collection & Risk

Delivery options, fees, and timelines are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the order is delivered or collected.

For local collection in Surrey:

  • Bring photo ID and your order number

  • Orders are held for 10 days unless extended by request

If delivery does not occur within 30 days of the stated supply date (or order date if none is given), you may have the right to cancel for a full refund.


8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Time limits

  • Refund methods

Your statutory rights under Canadian consumer law are not affected.


9. International Orders

We currently ship within Canada only.
